Chiltern Brick and Tile Ltd, work closely with a number of national and independent builders' merchants offering services such as Brick Matching and product sourcing.

We work with the end user customer such as the General Builder and Regional House Builders to agree a specification on the bricks and tiles.

We are also often contacted directly by Self Builders at a very early stage of the project to assist with their brick and clay tile selection.

Once the specification is agreed with the customer we then leave the customer to decide on the route they would like to purchase the product through, namely the local builders merchant. We never talk price with the customer,  only the budget constraints and we never invoice the customer directly. We offer you a quote directly for the products and leave you to work with the customer to agree your price to supply.

When you request us to do a brick match for your customer, we visit site, supply samples to the point of customer agreement and sign off.  We all know how many visits to site and arranging further samples that can take. Thereafter we  supply you with a quote directly for the products and again leave you to agree your price to your customer.

If it turns out your local branch keeps the range of bricks or roof tiles in stock, (common with the LBC Brick range) we'll simply let you know what they are once we've identified the bricks and leave you to do the rest. No need for us to get involved. It's all part of the value added service we offer.

Once you've instructed us to do the brick match on your behalf, we'll make contact with your customer, normally the same day,  but no later than 24 hours.  So feel confident to tell your customer that we'll be calling very soon.
